Airport Authority To Discuss Bids on Existing Airport Site

At a Special Board Meeting on March 21, the Airport Authority indicated that it expected to discuss the updated bids on the existing airport property sale at its regularly scheduled meeting on March 27. Updated bids are due from the three remaining bidders this week.

The first round of bids were within the range of Airport Authority expectations. The updated bids are an effort to get the best deal for Bay County.

The Board did not indicate when it will take action on the sale of the property.
