The relocation of the Panama City - Bay County International Airport (PFN) has created tremendous opportunity for all of Northwest Florida, including the potential for better air service, more competitive air fares, economic development and the permanent protection of tens of thousands of acres surrounding West Bay.

At a Special Board Meeting on March 21, the Airport Authority selected seven firms as qualified to bid on development, paving and lighting at the new airport.
Bid packages are being sent to the finalists. Completed bids must be returned no later than May 7, 2007.
